Details
- Wooden panels: The solid walls are made up of structural panels in 40 mm thick wood composite (floor, ceiling, sides) with a density of 475 Kg/m3 class 2 fi re reaction, finished in melamine faced with a 2 mm ABS edge.
- Door: It is equipped with a pair of hydraulic hinges with adjustable closing speed. The maximum opening is 90° degrees and, during installation, it can be oriented either to the right or to the left. Two black metal vertical profiles, with gaskets and magnets are fixed on the vertical edge of the glass door and side lite, thus allowing an optimal closing of the door. The handle is made of steel with a black epoxy paint finish.
- Floor: Floor includes a technical compartment (Ref. 03) and is covered with carpet (100% dark grey nylon), low pile, total thickness 6.5 mm. Fire reaction class Bfl -s1. The floor is equipped with acetal resin feet, 27 mm high and with millimetric adjustment (+10 mm).
- Ceiling: Ceiling contains the electrical system, the ventilation system with air filter and the lighting system.
- Electrical system: The electrical system, located on the external side of the ceiling, is pre-assembled and can be inspected. The driver controls the incoming and outgoing electrical current (12 Volt).
- Ventilation: Each F40 cabin is equipped with an air intake and extraction system, consisting of Ø120 mm fans (22,6 db A), which guarantee an air flow of 102,1 m3/h. The system is activated when presence is detected, thanks to a single sensor positioned in the center of the ceiling. Speed control is fully automatic and, in the absence of movement, ventilation stops after 320 seconds.
- Lighting: The lighting is provided by a 770 mm long LED strip, embedded in a black painted aluminium profile (section 20×20 mm), fixed to the ceiling. The light has a temperature of 3000K, a luminous efficiency of 101 lm/W and an F energy classification. It is activated by the same motion sensor that controls the ventilation system.
- Table/Shelf, Sofa and Sanitiser System are not included, it can be equipped separately with extra cost.
- Glass Back can be equipped separately with extra cost.
- External acoustic panels with vertical and horizontal planks can be equipped separately with extra cost.
