Great service

1. Auraa Design warrants its products to be free from defects in design, materials, workmanship, and mechanical workings.
2. Goods that have been reconditioned or altered in any way or that are subject to use in unsuitable or abnormal conditions are not covered under the above warranties.
3. Except as stated above, all conditions, warranties, and representations, whether expressed or implied, statutory, or otherwise, in relation to the goods are excluded.
4. Auraa Design undertakes to repair or replace any structural part proven to be faulty, under normal office conditions, provided it is returned to our designated returns address.
5. All shipping fees for the return of defective products, both to and from Auraa Design, must be paid by the customer.
6. Auraa Design will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts without charge to you.
7. While Auraa Design’s furniture is selected with great care, it does not have control over the natural variations that occur in wood. Any natural products with wood veneer furniture, can have some variation due to the nature of the material.
8. The company’s warranty does not extend to matching colour and grain of those materials beyond normal commercial tolerances.
9. All types of coloured material exposed to ultraviolet light, such as sunlight, may be subject to fading.
10. All Auraa Design swatches are representative samples taken from actual materials used for production purposes. They are within commercial tolerances but should not be regarded as colour standards.
11. Auraa Design will not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience, or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the office furniture.

For deliveries within the United Kingdom (Mainland except for the Isles):

There is a flat £38 charge on all orders.

For deliveries to the Isles and outside of the United Kingdom:

If you prefer, we are also able to provide the office furniture on an Ex-Works basis

We can install anything from a single item of office furniture to full office suites on multiple floors across thousands of sq. ft. Our office furniture installation experts are fully trained and have several years of experience in the assembly, handling and installation of all office furniture.

Careful handling: Our furniture installation team don’t just install, they take care of the furniture, right from the factory to loading & unloading and final installation. They also protect the property during installation to avoid any damage.

Removal of waste: Auraa Design’s installation team we will carefully unpack the furniture and remove all cardboard and protective packaging for disposal after the installation in an environmentally friendly manner stipulated by the local council.
